Roses in Bloom!

This wedding couple wanted something simple, classic and modern. So we created this Rosie wedding cake for their reception.
Both tiers are covered with White Fondant and hand decorated with White Buttercream Roses. The cake flavor is a yummy Strawberry Short Cake.

OMG!!!!!

I know...I know..........the cover doesn't shed a pleasant memory.

We Created this Gennie Lamp to accompany Princess Jasmine.
The cake is Jasmine's favourite flavor. Classic
Vanilla filled with Fresh Cream .
The Gold lamp and all the decorations are edible.

About 1 year ago we lauched our Cupcake Cafe.
As you can see, It has since grown quite a following for our Simple Homestyle Cooking.

I will soon be lauching a brand new line of lil sweet treats that will only be sold in the restaurant.

I LUUUUUUUUUUUUUV Easter!

Easter Egg Hunts, Family Fun, Bunny Cakes .....the list goes on.

I was soooooooooooo very very excited when our Easter Products arrived today.

It was like a big birthday party in the store as we unpacked all the goodies.

Boxes and wrapping paper were scattered everywhere.

I know its about 1 month away, but its just so much fun planning for Easter Egg hunts and Spring Treats!

FABULOUS MONDAY!

Out of all the days of the week, I would say Mondays don't usually get a fare game.
There is even a song "Manic Monday" poetically sung about this dreadful day wishing it was a Sunday.
I would like to reclaim Mondays and say that Mondays can always be just as good as a Friday!
I had the pleasure of meeting with Kia today. She is a reporter from Mingpao Weekly Magazine. We spent time sharing about cupcakes, cakes and how Complete Deelite started.
We also talked about the importance of passion in the business.
It was a very refreshing start to our week and needless to say, we both had a
FABULOUS MONDAY!!!!
