Happy Hour!

While some people are busy enjoying their Happy Hour after work. We have our very own happy hour during our evening classes. Our evening courses have been very popular especially for those who are busy clocking in during their day shift.

Last nights class was fantastic and everyone had a wonderful time finishing their final cakes for their Course 1.

Our Special Private Class

Today I had a private class with U Magazine and JJ (singer/Model). JJ has never done any cake decorating before and I was amazed by her natural skill. Our private class will be featured on the April 11th Issue of U Magazine.

It Bag!!!

Hong Kong is a place that is filled with all sorts of fashion inspirations. This makes it really exciting for us because we love making the newest fashion "It" bags. One that has been seen on all the billboards is the new Prada Bag.
Inside this bag is a Deelish Classic Vanilla Cake.

We received a lovely letter from our customer:

I just wantedto say many thanks to you & the staff at CompleteDeelite!!! The "Prada Handbag Cake" turned out absolutely beautifully & my girlfriend loved it! It was such a surprise for her, and she was truly touched. She is now searching for the actual Handbag.;-)

Wedding Cupcake Tower

Pretty Cupcakes decorated with Roses + Fabulous Tower = Cupcake Wedding Tower.
Yesterday we took a trip to the Excelsior Hotel to assemble this tower with Fresh Cupcakes and an assortment of Gorgeous Fresh Roses.
The cupcake tower was filled with Chocolate, Lemonlicious and Vanilla Cupcakes

We received a special email from the Bride:
"Just a quick message to say thank you very much for the wedding cake you organised for us at such short notice, on fri march 21st.
It was stunning and received many appreciative comments
And also a thank you for the 60th birthday cake we had delivered on sunday

Cup Noodle!

We created this Cup Noodle cake for a super Noodle Fan.

The noodles and all the lil seasonings are all edible.

Inside the cup noodle is Vanilla cake.

Elephant and Lion Cake

These 2 supersize Jungle animals kept each other company at the Jungle theme birthday party. Jordan the Lion is a vanilla cake and Nathan the elephat is a chocolate cake.

Introducing Lady Dim Sum!

We were so deelited when Dimsum & Thensum http://www.dimsumandthensum.com.hk/ asked us to do a cake for their 1 year anniversary. The theme of their event was Burlesque Chic and the venue was at the Kee Club. Using their theme and invitation as references, we brought "Lady Dim Sum" to life to Jazz up this very special event.

We received a lovely message from the founders & event coordinators:

"Thank you so much for designing such a gorgeous cake for our party! It was very well received and looked so nice on stage as it matched perfectly with our poster. We really appreciate your hard on work on the cake and look forward to working together again soon."

Cascade of Roses

We created this lovely wedding cake showered with Fresh Red Roses.

The couple chose a different flavor for each tier.

Top: Lemon, Middle: Vanilla and Bottom: Chocolate

This cake arrived safely to Discovery Bay for a wonderful outdoor celebration at the Hemmingway Restaurant.

Cupcake Healing!

We decorated 500 of these personlized logo cupcakes for a product launch.

Cookie Treats!

We docrated an assortment of adorable sparkly cookies. I know its hard to see it on the photo, but yes, even the sparkles are edible!

1 dozen Lil Diva Cupcakes & abeautiful Floral Cake was also delivered for this celebration.

Butterfly Smiles!

This very special Butterfly was decorated for a Butterly Theme Party.
It was a chocolate cake sculpted into a beautiful Butterfly. The entire color theme of this party was Pink and Silver so we adorned the butterfly with silver edible gems.

We also delivered 60 pink balloons to this Butterfly Smiles Party!

Our Butterfly Smiles cake made everyone Smile!:)
