Fashion Glitter 21st Birthday Cake!

We got a phone call from Heathrow airport in London asking us to do a SPECTACULAR, Sparkly, Fabuloso 21st birthday cake. The young lady was in transit and wanted to make sure her cake was in order before flying. LUV IT:)

As requested she wanted her colors to be pink, silver, black with a lot of sparkle. LUV IT:)

We accessorized the side of the cake with all sorts of fashion must haves.

Deelite Class Upadates:)

I can't believe summer is coming to an end:( The bright side is, my fave holiday is right around the corner WOOOOOOO HOOO Christmas. I have my reindeer headband in my office waiting for me:)

Can you believe we've almost been in our new store for 1 year. Its been a very good year indeed This summer we spent a lot of time doing some improvements.

Hope yáll luv it as much as we do. :)

We've added more shelving into our store so that we can show off more goodies.

Here's our new and improved packaging & cake board area so that its easier to find what you want.

We've also expanded our range of products in the packaging department.

You would never think so as the room is so small, but I spent quite a bit of time decorating our consultation room. We added a pretty fuchsia lampshade(don't know why it looks red in the photo) and spruced up our walls.

Here's what it looked like before when Mercedes Strawchsky was doing her book signing in the consultation room. If you see in the back walls it looks a bit drab. Ok.......not just drab it looked SO SAD:(

We redid all of our classroom floors so that its less slippery. Like the floor and my pink hippo Birkenstock:)

We're almost done with all of our classrooms. The only one left is classroom #3. We're adding in an open kitchen/demo area.....LUUUUUUUUUUV!!! I can't wait for it to be finished.

We have a new cupcake flavor. Toasted Coconut:) ITS DEELISH.

We've been on a cupcake whirlwind . Here are out latest cupcake towers.
Since 2004 we've seen cupcakes evolve from trend to a main stay classic.

So happy that cupcakes are here to stay!

Here is a Cupcake tower inspired by one of our most popular Cakes-to-Go designs.

Party Animal. We took it up a notch for this birthday celebration and made a Birthday Diva Cupcake Tower.

For a baby shower, we matched 3D baby bootie cupcakes with a Baby Bootie topper cake.

I LUUUUUUUV the texture on the booties and the baby blocks on the topper cake.

For a Tinkerbell celebration, we designed a fairy cupcake tower for this whimsical birthday party.

And last but not least, for a beautiful Garden wedding we showered this cupcake tower with an array of flowers.

To match the flowers at the reception, we decorated all the cupcakes with Hydrangea & Tea Roses in beautiful shades of English Lavender and Periwinkle.

Our Latest Student Creations!

Summer is just flying by so quickly. Our students have been decorating with the added element of SUMMER HEAT. In Hong Kong, we don't have dry heat but very humid-wet weather and scorching sunshine. Even with the hottest conditions, our students cakes have been looking fabulous:)

I'm so proud of all their work and our wonderful teachers too:)
