Happy Hour!

While some people are busy enjoying their Happy Hour after work. We have our very own happy hour during our evening classes. Our evening courses have been very popular especially for those who are busy clocking in during their day shift.

Last nights class was fantastic and everyone had a wonderful time finishing their final cakes for their Course 1.

Our Special Private Class

Today I had a private class with U Magazine and JJ (singer/Model). JJ has never done any cake decorating before and I was amazed by her natural skill. Our private class will be featured on the April 11th Issue of U Magazine.

It Bag!!!

Hong Kong is a place that is filled with all sorts of fashion inspirations. This makes it really exciting for us because we love making the newest fashion "It" bags. One that has been seen on all the billboards is the new Prada Bag.
Inside this bag is a Deelish Classic Vanilla Cake.

We received a lovely letter from our customer:

I just wantedto say many thanks to you & the staff at CompleteDeelite!!! The "Prada Handbag Cake" turned out absolutely beautifully & my girlfriend loved it! It was such a surprise for her, and she was truly touched. She is now searching for the actual Handbag.;-)

Wedding Cupcake Tower

Pretty Cupcakes decorated with Roses + Fabulous Tower = Cupcake Wedding Tower.
Yesterday we took a trip to the Excelsior Hotel to assemble this tower with Fresh Cupcakes and an assortment of Gorgeous Fresh Roses.
The cupcake tower was filled with Chocolate, Lemonlicious and Vanilla Cupcakes

We received a special email from the Bride:
"Just a quick message to say thank you very much for the wedding cake you organised for us at such short notice, on fri march 21st.
It was stunning and received many appreciative comments
And also a thank you for the 60th birthday cake we had delivered on sunday
Both were a huge success
