Students learned how to cover their cakes with Fondant using a special mat technique which enables students to cover thier cakes quickly with flawless results and thin fondant finish.
I loved this technique and found it so helpful as it cuts your covering time by half, lessens sweetness of the cake as you use less fondant. How brilliant is that!!!!
All the students covered their cakes perfectly smooth in less than 5 minutes. UHMAZING!!!!

Another fabulous technique taught was embossing on fondant with personalized texture. Further expanding creative options for students to decorate with one of a kind designs that can make their cakes stand out and achieve a one of a kind look.
And also learning how to use the fondant crimpers to make one of a kind designs.
