We recently decorated a Flower Birthday Cake for one of their staff Brenda.
The flower was decorated with our sweet beelicious beez.

Baby Sophia

We created a 2 tiered cake for Baby Sophia's first birthday.
We used her invitation card as our palette for this sweet creation.
Inside Sophia's birthday cake is a yummy chocolate cake.

CAKE JAMMING!

How the idea of Cake Jamming came along. Well.....it was really by chance. We were hosting decorating parties for children and their parents would come along to their birthday parties.

It was really funny because quite often I found it was the parents (BOTH Mommy and Daddy) who were more excited to decorate than their child. Parents would always ask me if they could organize the same thing with a group of their friends just for fun.

I thought since the kids were having so much fun WHY leave the Grown Ups out. That's not fare!:)So that's the story behind Cake Jamming. Since then we've launched quite a few other Jam sessions.Cookie Jamming and our most popular, Cupcake Jamming. Here are photos of a Cupcake Jam Session we hosted recently . It was great to see all the jammers creating their one of a kind cupcake art pieces.

Birthday Shopping!

We created a replica of Joyce Boutique shopping bag for...Guess Who's Birthday????JOYCE:) It was a brilliant idea given by our customer who wanted to give a special gift for Joyce's 21st Birthday.

Cupcake By Design

We had another wonderful cupcake by design class. I am always so amazed by the great mix of people we get in our classes. We had a student from Macau join in on the fun. Great ideas were shared in this class :Tip #3 & #18 as well as buttercream and fondant mediums were also used.

Sweet Messages!

I want to share these adorable notes a group of children left for us after thier Cupcake birthday party. We promised one of our lil fans to keep his note posted on our wall. If you ever see a random piece of paper stuck on our wall next to Jaye's desk, you know why.

If only "We"(Big people) could express ourselves the way kids do I think the world would be a much sweeter place:)

Sweet Combination!

We decorated a really cool 18th Birthday Cupcake Tower for Raisha.

She chose the combination of having a cake + cupcake on her Birthday Tower.

The cake was covered with white fondant and delicately decorated with cherry blossoms. The flower cupcakes completed this super special Tower for a very special occasion.

Long overdue!

Its been a long time since my last entry. There has been a lot of very exciting things going on here. And I'm so excited to share it all with you.

On Thursday April 3rd I met up with the team of Channel 12 and we shot a fantastic shoot on cupcakes and photo cupcakes. The show will feature baking and decorating cupcakes. Here I am with the host Kalena (Left) and Vivian (Channel 12 Staff). I'll post up the show dates as soon as I find out.

Then.......we also got a Brand new FRIDGE!!!!! Yippee. It arrived about 2 weeks ago but it took a while for our lil "Jr" fridge to cozy up to its new place. Now we got more space to put more cupcakes and goodies:)

And Then.......... We got our wonderful spring shipment of all kinds of cake decorating goodies. Its like a BIG BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE. Please excuse the mess at our store. Bare with us as we re-organize all of our goodies.

Surf's Up!

We sculpted a super surfboard for a surfer who lives in Discovery Bay. I am a huge fan of surfing myself so I was totally psyched to do this cake!!!!:)

Buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

We sculpted a buzz lightyear cake for charles the superhero. He specifically only wanted a cake shaped into Buzzlightyear and nothing else.

Charles is a true Buzz FAN!!!

Cake flavor was a moist Chocolate cake.

We come across all kinds of photos people send us for their photo cakes. This photo was so irresistible, I had to share and introduce all of you to Adorable Sabrina! Don't chya just wanna pinch her cheeks:)
