We Created a Sweet Fairy Cake Today.

We named the Fairy "Poppy" after the birthday girl.

It was a Classic Vanilla Cake coverd in Pastel Pink Fondant with Twinkle Star decorations.

Mia's Deelite B-day Party-Jan 18th 2008

Mia's Friends & Family had a grand time celebrating with Deelite.

Mia chose a cookie bake & decorate party w/her friends. Each of her friends baked & decorated 2 dozen mini sugar cookies.

Superstar Elmo

Here's a photo of Brian's Elmo Birthday Cake. Last year we did the famous Beelicious Pooh for his very first Birthday.

Elmo was hand sculpted and all his fuzzies were hand piped in his signature red color. Bottom tier was a Chocolate Cake covered with fondant & decorated with stars. I'm sure Elmo had fun hangin out at Brian's Elmo Party at the Jockey Club.

Butterfly Love

Dear Jacinta,
Thanks a lot for making our dream cake came true! The fuschia flowers and butterfly just turned out exactly what we discussed with you previously. It matched perfectly with our wedding theme colour and the cake blended in so well with the ambience of our garden party. All our guests said the cake was so yummy... luckily both of us managed to have a piece on the day ^o^. We are truly grateful for having you helping out.

We created this 3 tier white fondant cake with Fuschia Flowers, adorned with hand painted Butterflies for a Garden Wedding Party. This cake had alternating tiers of Classic Vanilla and Chocolate Cake with Fresh Cream Filling.

Deelite in Community-Dec 24th 2007

Deelite Family had a wonderful time over the Christmas Holiday.
Our Cupcakes Traveled all the way to Fuzhou, China on a decorating expedition with all the Children at Mercy Fields Orphanage.

We could not wait to decorate cupcakes & Cookies

with the children at Mercy Fields Orphanage.
They wasted no time and dove right into the fun!

It was the very first time any of these children

have seen cupcakes & cookies.

Enchanted Castle - Dec 22nd 07

We created an Enchanted Castle For Princess Ella.

It was decorated with a princess carriage.
Baby Horse accented with pink hearts and Roses.
This cake was later featured on Dec 21st issue of Apple Daily.

Cupcake Bouquet - Dec 21st,2007

We Created these Cupcake Bouquet Gift Boxes. Each Cupcake Bouquet were filled with cupcakes decorated with Christmas Tree, Wreath, and Holiday Sparkles. The Cupcake stands are also part of the gift and can be reused by the recipient. Each Bouquet were nicely packed for their journey for a grand surprise!
