FABULOUS MONDAY!

Out of all the days of the week, I would say Mondays don't usually get a fare game.
There is even a song "Manic Monday" poetically sung about this dreadful day wishing it was a Sunday.
I would like to reclaim Mondays and say that Mondays can always be just as good as a Friday!
I had the pleasure of meeting with Kia today. She is a reporter from Mingpao Weekly Magazine. We spent time sharing about cupcakes, cakes and how Complete Deelite started.
We also talked about the importance of passion in the business.
It was a very refreshing start to our week and needless to say, we both had a
FABULOUS MONDAY!!!!

Perfect Take Off!

Chinese New Year is a very busy travelling holiday season here in Asia.

I thought this cake was most fitting to share with all of you.

We created a very special Photo cake for Captain. Darryl and his lil Pup.

This design brought a standard sheet cake into new heights.

Sweet Valentines!

We had a request from a very speical birthday Girl to sculpt a Birthday Bunny for her. The bunny was so darling that I personally nominated her as our Valentine Mascot:) We also named her Vicky after the birthday girl.

15 Minutes of FAME!

I realized today that our cookies don't get as much recognition as they should. So I decided to give them their 15 minutes of fame. Our smiley cookies are definitely one to remember. Simply because their smiles are contagious. SERIOUSLY!!!! Look at them again & somehow it makes you want to smile. Whether you are smiling on the inside or outside, they just make you smile.

We decorated & packed 300 of these adorable Smiley Face Sugar cookies for a special corporate party. I'm sure the event was a Smiling Success!

Graduation-Course 2

Today Ceceila & May Graduated from their Wilton Course 2 Cake Decorating Private Class. They were just as impressed as I was by their final cake. Both will be taking their final cakes home to celebrate with their children.

Just in time for Chinese New Year festivities.

Cupcake Photo Shoot-Jan 29th

Today we had a photo shoot with Natalie and team from Fashion and Beauty magazine. It was a feature on DIY cupcakes which I LUV!!!!! We took photos step by step from baking to decorating. The photo shoot was loads of fun!!! Try cracking an egg and showing that in a step by step photo process:)

Out of the 3 designs I suggested, Natalie chose our Lil Diva cupcake design. Check out the DIY project on the next issue of Fashion & Beauty magazine. It'll be out on Feb 11th.

Wedding Cupcake Favors - Jan 27th

We decorated and packed 200 wedding cupcake favors for a very special wedding party.

Each Cupcake was decorated with baby blue and white buttercream icing. And topped with Silver & Gold edible balls.

Each Favor box had the couples name logo and finished off with a gold bow.
