Hi All

We have been very busy making a bunch of really fun DIY video's. 

This has been one of my resolutions of the year. Actually it's been on my resolution list for the past couple of year. FINALLY, I have managed to check that off  thanks to a great production team:)

We have had a blast creating and thinking of ideas to share new techniques through our videos. 

I hope you enjoy our very first DIY video featuring Satin Ice fondant. We've got a really cool Halloween cake which is in the works. Can't wait to show you that too. In the meantime enjoy making this cake:)

We Luv Cupcakes Workshop!

Our classes have been in full swing. We have revamped all of our popular workshops with new designs and techniques. Here are highlights from our new We Luv Cupcakes workshop. We first launched We Luv Cupcakes workshop in 2005. Yes, this workshop is 10 years old. Over the years we've changed the designs of the cupcakes to go with the latest trends and techniques.

Fall has officially kicked in and I feel a change in the air. SOOOOO happy for cooler weather:) Bye Bye humidity!!!!

 This past week I taught our first seasonal class- We Luv Cookies Halloween. 

 I just can't believe that Halloween is just a few weeks away. 

As always, it is a privilege for me to be able to teach and impart some of my knowledge to  our students. I love teaching and love being apart of peoples cake decorating journey.

Back to School with Deelite!

Summer has zipped by and kids are all back to school. Hope you all had a wonderful summer filled with sunny days, lemonade, ice cream & sweet memories. Here at Deelite we had an amazing summer at our Summer Kids Camp. It was such a huge it we extended our program and added on 2 extra classes. 

It was awesome watching all the young ones discover the art of baking and decorating. I think the best thing is to just let them go wilds with their imagination and that's exactly what they did. Here's a video highlighting our Summer Kids Camp.
