100th Day and First Birthday Cakes

Here are our latest 1st and 100th Day birthday cakes.

For Zachary's cake, his parents chose a Cake + Cupcake combo

with lil Zachary's teddy bear on top of his cake.

For Oliver's first birthday, we hand sculpted a lil baby tiger and giraffe bedazzled with a huge bunch of celebration balloons.

Inspired by one of our wedding cakes,

we made a very special 100th day birthday cake filled with a bouquet of of flowers.

Deelite + Corporate Events = FUN FUN FUN!!!

We've been having fun with all kinds of corporate celebrations.

We had a great opportunity to host Maurice Lacrois' press conference at Deelite to launch their new line of watches.

We transformed our classroom into Maurice Lacrois'press room and it was fabulous!

we also made some fabulous watch cupcakes to replicate their new designs for 2011. I started off the press conference with a fun demo on how to make watch cupcakes. Not only was it a great ice breaker, it was a great opportunity for everyone to roll up their sleeves and get creative:)

All the participants received these fab gift bags with lots of goodies and a watch cupcake.

For another corporate celebration. We made this Rose box cake for Olympian City Mall's birthday celebration.

We filled their birthday cake box with a potpourri of flowers.

And last but not least, we made Franklin Templeton's corporate favors for their 20th birthday celebration.

I've been jumping with excitement for my new classes. I"ve had these classes on my mind for the loooooooooooooooooongest time. I wanted our store to really settle into our new location before launching my new line of classes. 2011 was my plan and here we are:)

Sweet Dreams Cake!

We made a fabuloso mushroom cake for a sleeping beauty.
The birthday girl LUVS to sleep.
Her sister made a special request to design a 3D mushroom cake with her sister doing her favorite thing. Sleep!!!
What a great idea, we had a blast making the cake too.

"Happy Rabbit Year!! thank you so so much for creating such a gorgeous cake yet again!! My sister LOVED the chocolate mousse. Also, some people thought that the mushrooms were REAL!! It was incredible. "

Hmmmmm what else, OH I can't believe I forgot to mention. We did a tv shoot a few weeks ago for Dolce Vita. I had a great time showing the hosts how to make Valentine Cupcakes. We had a blast doing it.

So, the bad news is, I totally overlooked my calender and realized that Yesterday was the showing. BUT not to worry, they are showing it again on Feb 19th 7pm on Jade. Annnnnnnnd if the TV schedule is not convenient for you, its on their website.

PHEW!!!! We all can still watch it.
